Caroline Kimmel

Caroline Kimmel is the Development Director, Indiana, Michigan & Ohio at Kittle Property Group. Caroline has over seven years of experience in the field of economic development and real estate. Prior to their current position, Caroline was a Graduate Assistant at Ball State University- Department of Educational Studies where they assisted two Professors in the Teacher's College with various tasks including grading, creating rubrics, and teaching several sessions of a 400-Level course. Caroline has also interned at the Blackford County Economic Development Corporation where they worked on a variety of development, real estate, and planning tasks with a focus in business acquisition, retention and expansion.

Caroline Kimmel has a Master of Urban Planning from Ball State University College of Architecture and Planning, with a Real Estate Development Certificate. Caroline also has a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington, with a Legal Studies specialization.

They work with Jessica Mullins - Director of Development, Texas, Gabrielle Rubenstein - Development Analyst, and Elena Sanders - Development Director, Texas. Caroline Kimmel reports to Mike Roderer, SVP, Development.
