Telisia Amaning

Telisia Amaning is the Regional Vice President at Kittle Property Group. Telisia has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. Telisia began their career as a Property Manager with Alford Realty in 2003. In 2005, they became the Multi-Site Property Manager with Michael Stevens Interests, Inc., where they managed a portfolio of conventional, stabilized apartment sites. In 2008, they became the Director of Commercial Development with Rothchild Realty, supervising a mixed portfolio consisting of 13 multi-family and commercial properties. In 2012, they joined Tarantino Properties, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations. Amaning is responsible for the success of student, conventional, LIHTC, and REO assets throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Virginia, North & South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, New York, Kentucky and Arizona.

Telisia Amaning has a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Telisia also has a Finance and Financial Management Services degree from Texas Tech University. Telisia is a Real Estate Licensee and has a Principles of Real Estate degree from Champions School of Real Estate. Telisia also has an Accounting degree from North Arkansas College. Telisia has the following certifications: National Association of Home Builders Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Novogradac & Company LLP Novogradac Property Compliance Certification (NPCC), National Center for Housing Management Registered Housing Manager (RHM), and Institute of Real Estate Management Certified Property Manager (CPM).
