Jim Chanpong has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Jim has held various roles at reputable companies, including Kiva Brands, Impossible Foods, Revolution Foods, Whole Foods Market, 24 Hour Fitness, Jamba Juice, and The SAK.

In their most recent role as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Kiva Brands, Jim has played a key role in turning the family-owned business into the #1 edibles brand in the country. Jim has been responsible for managing a team of 450+ employees and ensuring stringent standards for potency, production, packaging, and testing.

Prior to that, Jim served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Impossible Foods, where they explored the molecular basis of food flavors and textures to discover healthy and sustainable new ingredients.
