Jomay Liu

Jomay Liu has over two decades of experience in operations and risk management within the nonprofit and corporate sectors, currently serving as Head of Marketplace Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Kiva since March 2011. Liu has led various teams, including Customer Success and Credit Operations, focusing on scalable infrastructure to maximize the impact of Kiva's capital. Previous roles at Kiva included Risk Director, where oversight was provided for a $100 million portfolio, and Senior Knowledge Manager, where Liu established efficient processes for the Impact Investments team. Prior to Kiva, Liu held positions at Oracle, including Senior Program Manager for Corporate Citizenship and Operations Manager for the Oracle Education Foundation, driving initiatives that impacted thousands of students globally. Liu earned a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and participated in the Climate Change: Learning for Action Fellowship at Terra.do.
