Meg Gloudemans is an experienced user researcher currently serving as Principal User Researcher at Kiva since March 2021, after transitioning from a Senior User Researcher role. Prior to Kiva, Meg held various positions at Mastercard from August 2016 to March 2021, including Design Manager, Senior UX Designer, and UX Designer, the latter of which began at Applied Predictive Technologies before its acquisition by Mastercard. Additional experience includes a Design Assistant position at Layerframe Studios in late 2014 and a Visual Design Intern role at LAB Miami in mid-2013. Meg earned a Bachelor of Arts in Visual and Media Studies from Duke University between 2012 and 2016.
