Annie Mattix

Annie specializes in research, government relations, and strategic communications, working with clients across several industries to achieve their public affairs goals.

Prior to Kivvit, Annie worked at Resolute, a public affairs firm in Chicago, where she managed strategic communications and media relations for clients across a variety of sectors including healthcare, education, and public finance. Before that, she worked on behalf of a Sacramento-based public policy firm to research legislation and drafted campaign content for two successful elections on the local and state levels. Previously, She honed her public affairs and policy skills while interning at a government relations firm in Washington, D.C., where she researched complex policy proposals, regularly engaged with lawmakers and staff on Capitol Hill, and assisted with event preparation and media pitching for high-profile clients.

Annie is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and she now resides in Lincoln Park, where she spends time training for a triathlon and proudly cheering for Wisconsin sports teams.
