Mirjam Daams-Kerkhof is currently the Group Compensation & Benefits Manager at Kiwa, with a background in managing global compensation & benefits at various organizations such as Scatec ASA, ERIKS, Oiltanking Europe B.V., and Heerema Marine Contractors. Mirjam also has experience in tax advisory services from their time at Meijburg & Co and as a Tax Manager at Ernst & Young.
