Eliška has played an integral part in the company’s success story in the area of customer service since joining Kiwi.com in 2015, helping to transform it into industry-leading support. As Senior Director of Customer Experience, Eliška is now focused on building a long-term CX strategy and Voice of Customer integration across the company structure. She is concentrating on ensuring the company is customer-centric and driving further improvements to the delivery of an excellent customer experience. Before joining Kiwi.com, Eliska worked for a number of organizations in the aviation and hospitality sectors where her focus was on customer service delivery and customer experience. These included Rinck Travel Arrangements (Voyage de Luxe), The May Fair Hotel in London and, private business jet charter and aircraft management company, NetJets.
