Hanna Zhyhar

Hanna Zhyhar is an experienced product manager with a strong background in customer service solutions and travel industry applications. Currently serving as a Product Manager for the Customer Service Solutions team at Kiwi.com since November 2021, Hanna focuses on developing tools that enhance the customer experience for support agents. As a Co-Founder and Product Manager at Eightydays.me, established in April 2017, Hanna contributes to creating a user-friendly app for Eurotrip planning and booking, highlighting expertise in building cross-platform products. Previously, as Product Lead at MeetnGreetMe from May 2016 to June 2017, Hanna developed a peer-to-peer marketplace for personalized concierge services, overseeing product vision and strategy. Hanna holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economic Cybernetics from Belarusian State Economic University, earned between 2011 and 2016.
