Shyam Seshadri

Shyam Seshadri is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Kiwi General Insurance Limited since July 2025, where the focus is on creating a customer-centric general insurance company. Previously, Shyam held the position of Head of Product Development - International at Builder.io from January 2022 to July 2025, overseeing team management and product ownership. Prior experience includes leading the Innovations Lab at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, where a digital innovation team was built, and co-founding ReStok Ordering Solutions, aimed at enhancing retail distribution through technology. Shyam also contributed to Amazon as a Senior SDE & Architect, enhancing shipping services for sellers. Educational qualifications include a PGP in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
