Abby Roche

Abby Roche has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Abby is currently working as the People and Practice Lead at Kiwibank since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Delivery Partner at INSIDE Consulting NZ from August 2020 to June 2023. Before that, they held various roles at LPS New Zealand, including Junior Project Manager, Asset Planning Coordinator, and Project Coordinator from November 2015 to August 2020. Abby also gained experience as a Graduate Test Analyst at the Ministry of Health New Zealand and VentureIT in 2015. Abby worked as a Test Analyst at Chorus NZ Limited and The Testing Consultancy from March 2014 to May 2015. Abby began their professional career as a Waitress at Nosh - the catering company from February 2013 to August 2014.

Abby Roche completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they obtained their NCEA Level 3 in Psychology from Wellington Girls College in 2011-2012. In terms of additional certifications, Abby obtained the Elephant Rider | Certificate of Practice from The Emotional Culture Deck in September 2020. Abby also holds an ICAgile Certified Professional certification from ICAgile, obtained in June 2019. Abby has further certifications in PRINCE2™ Foundation Certification Training from APMG International, acquired in August 2017, and Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn, completed in June 2017.
