Jason Young has extensive experience in customer service and support roles, currently serving as a Desktop Support Engineer Level 2 at Kiwibank since April 2018. Previous roles at Kiwibank include Bank Manager, Banking Specialist, and Banking Assistant, where Jason consistently demonstrated exceptional customer experience and strong sales skills. Prior to Kiwibank, Jason worked at New Zealand Post as a Customer Services Officer and Mail Officer, delivering efficient service and contributing to team goals. Jason also has a background in fitness as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant at Exodus Health & Fitness Club and holds multiple degrees and diplomas in Hospitality Management, Sports Management, and Exercise Prescription from Wellington Institute of Technology and the New Zealand Institute of Sport.
