Kirsty Williams has extensive experience in training and development within the financial and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Learning Delivery Partner and Regional Capability Specialist at Kiwibank since March 2017, Kirsty has previously held the position of Training Manager at Vodafone New Zealand from July 2014 to March 2017. Prior to that, from July 2009 to June 2014, Kirsty worked at AMI Insurance Company as a Training & Development Coordinator, focusing on the recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of staff at the Auckland Contact Centre. Earlier career experience includes a role as Training & Development Coordinator at Westpac New Zealand Limited from January 2003 to May 2009. Kirsty Williams completed education at Howick College between 1988 and 1991.
