Maja Ristik

Maja Ristik is a professional with extensive experience in operations and customer experience roles. Currently serving as a Wholesale International Operations Specialist at Kiwibank since August 2023, Maja previously worked at Xero from March 2015 to June 2023, where Maja held several positions including Ecosystem Partner Program Lead, Partner Onboarding Specialist, and Senior Customer Experience Lead. In these roles, Maja was responsible for managing operational requirements, supporting partners during onboarding, training new team members, and resolving customer subscription issues.
