Rachel Audeau

Rachel Audeau is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People - Customer at Kiwibank since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Vector Limited from September 2011 to December 2021 as the General Manager/Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included strategic partnership with business executives, driving People & Culture initiatives, and leading an HR team. Rachel's previous experience includes roles at AMP as an HR Consultant, at 3media Group as Human Resources Manager, and at IAG New Zealand and New Zealand Post in various HR capacities. Rachel began a career in human resources at Fletcher Building and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resources Management from Massey University.
