Sarah O'Shea (White) has a diverse work experience spanning across several companies. Sarah began their career as a teller at Bank of New Zealand in 2001 and worked there until 2003. Sarah later joined Cashel St Branch as a customer service representative from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they joined ACC Bank as an insurance administrator, responsible for issuing and renewing policies, corresponding with clients and branches, and handling all queries on cases.
Sarah then transitioned into the banking sector, starting at Credit Suisse in 2006 as a reconciliations specialist until 2008. Sarah continued their reconciliations work at Credit Suisse's Private Bank from 2008 to 2009. Sarah later joined Merrill Lynch Investment Managers in 2009, where they focused on reconciliations until 2011.
Sarah's most recent and current employment is with Kiwibank since 2010. Initially starting as a business consultant, they advanced to a senior business consultant role from 2019 to 2021. Their responsibilities then expanded as they took on the position of team leader from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the role of People and Practice lead for Business Operations/SME at Kiwibank, starting in August 2022.
Sarah O'Shea (White) completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Canterbury. Sarah attended the university from 2001 to 2003.
