Sergio Sierra is currently working as a People Operations Analyst at Kiwibot, responsible for enhancing the delivery experience. Previously, Sergio worked as a Change Management Consultant at OLIVIA Global, supporting the Defensoría del Pueblo de Colombia. As an Independent Consultant, Sergio developed the Modern Meditation methodology and conducted workshops in various organizations. Sergio also has experience in business management consulting, talent management, and operations supervision at various organizations.
