Matthes Hausten

Matthes Hausten has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2017, they worked as a working student in accounting, with a focus on controlling, at B & P Gesellschaft für kommunale Beratung mbH. Matthes continued this role until April 2018. Later in 2018, they completed an internship in accounting at B & P Gesellschaft für Kommunalberatung mbH. From October 2019 to November 2021, Matthes worked as a working student in a tax consultancy at SEDULUS Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH. Currently, they hold the position of Junior Scrum Master at Kiwigrid GmbH, starting from September 2022.

Matthes Hausten pursued their education chronologically, starting with the completion of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business and Economics at Technische Universität Dresden from 2015 to 2018. Matthes then went on to obtain a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration from the same university between 2019 and 2021. Matthes also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 2020, specializing in Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Matthes Hausten has acquired several certifications related to agile project management and strategy implementation. Matthes obtained certifications in Agile Strategieumsetzung mit OKR (Objectives and Key Results), Agiles Projektmanagement, Scrum für Fortgeschrittene, Scrum – Grundlagen, and Agile Coach – Rolle, Haltung, Methoden from LinkedIn, completed in the months of May and June 2022.
