Joey Waterschoot

Joey Waterschoot is the Teamlead Software Engineering at WPS since February 2019, responsible for guiding day-to-day operations and supporting team productivity through planning and resource provision. Currently, Joey also serves as the interim ICT-manager, overseeing workplace and infrastructure management, as well as maintaining ISO-27001 certification and security management. As a member of the works council, Joey has contributed to navigating significant changes at WPS, including the COVID-19 pandemic and company acquisitions. Previous experience includes roles as a Software Developer at Axxerion B.V. and various engineering positions at Invensys Operations Management and NCIM, where Joey worked on highly technical projects. Joey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Fontys Hogescholen and completed studies at Eindhoven University of Technology.
