Faton Mustafa

Faton Mustafa began their work experience as a Sales Associate at Expert Sverige AB in February 2008. Faton later became a Store Manager in November 2008 and worked there until April 2012.

In 2007, they served as a soldier in the NATO-led peacekeeping force in Kosovo under Försvarsmakten. Faton was responsible for medical care and ensuring the group had necessary equipment during patrols.

In April 2012, Faton joined Kjell & Company as a Regional Manager, overseeing 14 stores. Faton was in charge of recruiting store managers, staff, and managing budgets. Faton held this role until June 2016.

From June 2016 to January 2020, Faton continued their career at Kjell & Company as an Acting Country Manager and eventually became the Head of Sales in January 2020.

Faton Mustafa's education history includes attending Dale Carnegie Training in 2019, where they studied Kommunikation & Ledarskap (Communication & Leadership). They also attended the Swedish Defence University, also known as Försvarshögskolan, from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued UL (steg 1-5) (Defense Studies). Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, Faton attended Berzeliusskolan, studying IT / Communications and Leadership.

Faton has received additional certifications from Dale Carnegie Sweden. In June 2019, they obtained a certification in Strategiska presentationer (Strategic Presentations). In January 2019, they obtained a certification in Kommunikation och ledarskap (The Dale Carnegie Course).
