Neil Arora

Neil Arora currently serves as a KKR Partner and Head of Energy Transition for Asia-Pacific at KKR & Co. Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Neil held a series of leadership positions at Macquarie Group from November 2012 to June 2022, including Head of the Green Investment Group for Asia-Pacific and Senior Managing Director of Macquarie Capital for Asia & the Middle East, where the focus was on investments in renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Neil's earlier career includes co-leading principal investments at Rotary Engineering Limited and various executive roles at Macquarie Group, covering regions such as the Middle East and North Africa. Neil began a career in consultancy as a Consulting Actuary at Tillinghast - Towers Perrin after earning a BSC Hons in Actuarial Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
