Joshua Melby P.e.

Joshua Melby, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience at KL Engineering, Inc. since October 2011, where responsibilities have evolved from Project Engineer to Project Leader I, managing personnel and project documentation in roadway projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Field Engineer at GREMMER & ASSOCIATES, INC. overseeing municipal and highway projects, and as a Summer Intern for the City of Eau Claire Public Works focused on underground utility placement. Educationally, Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, awarded in 2009. Additional relevant experience includes working on dairy facility designs and farm operations.
