Jeffrey Gargano

Jeffrey Gargano is an accomplished intellectual property litigation partner with extensive experience in the legal field. Currently, Jeffrey serves at K&L Gates since September 2021, following a successful tenure at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from July 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, Jeffrey was an intellectual property litigation partner at McDermott Will and Emery from October 2006 to July 2018 and held the position of shareholder at Wallenstein Wagner & Rockey from 1990 to 2006. Jeffrey earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology between 1989 and 1992 and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona from 1984 to 1989.
