Jennifer Smuts

Jennifer Smuts is an accomplished marketing and business development professional with extensive experience across various law firms and organizations. Currently serving as Practice Growth Lead for Market Development at K&L Gates, Jennifer's career includes significant roles such as Business Development Manager at Baker Donelson and Director of Marketing and Business Development at multiple law firms, including Connolly Gallagher LLP and Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP. A focus on professional services marketing and customer experience was cultivated during an experiential sabbatical in Australia, enhancing knowledge of the APAC market. Jennifer also contributes to the Executive Institute on Inclusion as a faculty member. Education achievements include a Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University and a B.A. in Communications/Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.
