Laura MacEk

Laura Macek is an experienced IT and education professional, currently serving as an ITSM Developer at K&L Gates since January 2021 and as an Adult Education Teacher at the Community College of Beaver County since August 2019, where Laura teaches computer basics and iPhone essentials to adults. Prior to these roles, Laura worked as a Senior IT Analyst at Bayer Business Services from December 2007 to September 2020, focusing on IT Service Management and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for a global transition to ServiceNow. Laura also held the position of DR Specialist at ACS from December 2002 to February 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Communication & Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, both from Robert Morris University.
