Michelle McCreery

Michelle McCreery is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Currently serving as an M&A and Securities Partner at K&L Gates since January 2016, Michelle previously held the position of Corporate Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at II-VI Incorporated for a brief period in 2015. Prior to this role, Michelle was a Partner at K&L Gates from September 2005 to June 2015 and began the legal career as a Summer Associate/Legal Intern at Bentz Law Firm, P.C. in 2004. Michelle also gained early experience as a Legal Assistant at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP while completing a J.D. at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law from 2002 to 2005. An undergraduate degree was obtained in English and German from Washington & Jefferson College from 1998 to 2002.
