Paul Levin

Paul Levin has extensive experience as a Patent Agent and Intellectual Property adviser, currently serving at K&L Gates LLP since May 2015, focusing on patent applications in physics, medical devices, and electronics. In addition, Paul has been an Intellectual Property and Technology Adviser for BlueTree Allied Angels since February 2011, providing technology evaluations and patent portfolio insights. Previously, experience includes roles at Pepper Hamilton LLP, MEDRAD, and TISSUEINFORMATICS, encompassing patent application preparation, responding to USPTO office actions, and managing quality assurance and regulatory tasks. Paul holds a Master's degree in US and International Intellectual Property from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh School of Engineering, and a PhD in Biophysics from the University of Virginia.
