Tracy Pantoni

Tracy Pantoni is an experienced professional in talent management and legal operations, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management/HR Compliance & Operations at K&L Gates since April 2008. Tracy has held various roles at the firm, including Associate Director of Talent Management and Legal Personnel Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Conflicts Risk Assessment Lawyer and working in litigation at AIG and Safeco Insurance. Additionally, Tracy contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Duquesne University from May 2001 to 2016. Tracy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
