Theresa Mazzarella

Theresa Mazzarella has a strong background in the field of early childhood education. Theresa began their career in 1995 as the Director at Addison Academy Montessori Preschool, where they implemented a Montessori approach to learning and oversaw the hiring process. Theresa then joined Bright Horizons in 2007, initially serving as a Director and later as a Program Director. During their time at Bright Horizons, Theresa evaluated classroom curriculum, recruited staff, and ensured compliance with licensing requirements. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Regional Manager at The Learning Experience, where they provided strategic leadership and represented the company to various stakeholders. Since 2016, Theresa has been serving as the Director at KLASCHOOLS, where they continue to contribute their expertise in early childhood education.

Theresa Mazzarella obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Rowan University, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology from Long Island University from 1990 to 1992.
