Avishay Ben Shimol

Avishay Ben Shimol is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in frontend development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Frontend Tech Lead at KLA since March 2022, Avishay leads a team in creating new applications using the Angular framework and implementing scalable frontend architectures. Previously, Avishay held roles as a Senior Frontend Developer at WAY2VAT, where a new admin application was developed and became the company's primary platform, and as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Boardirector, leading a team in web application development. Avishay's career includes full stack and frontend work at mPrest, WPF development at Check Point Software Technologies, contributions to NICE Systems' Operations Management product, and Salesforce development at Blat Lapidot. Avishay holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
