Carie Torrence

Carie Torrence is an experienced legal professional serving as Vice President of Legal and Compliance at KLA since April 2020, leading global employment law and mobility teams, partnering with the Chief Information Security Officer on cybersecurity governance, and overseeing ESG strategy. Prior to this role, Carie was the Director of Global Employment Law & Employee Relations at Analog Devices, providing strategic legal guidance on various employment law matters and leading related teams. Carie's legal career includes serving as Senior Counsel at Littler, where representation of employers in litigation was a focus, and as City Attorney for North Las Vegas, advising elected officials and managing civil and criminal divisions. Carie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Management and a Doctor of Law from the University of Cincinnati.
