Dave Ripa

Dave Ripa is an R&D Mechanical Team Lead at KLA in Israel since March 2013, overseeing a team of Mechanical Engineers and focusing on creative solutions and resource prioritization aligned with the company’s roadmap. Previously, Ripa served as a Senior R&D Mechanical Engineer at KLA, specializing in high precision optomechanical systems and performing CAE simulations for design validation. Prior experience includes roles as a System Engineer and Opto-Mechanical Engineer at CI-Systems, where Ripa contributed to the development of Electro-Optical testing equipment, and as an R&D Mechanical Engineer at Valenci Engineering, designing medical products. Ripa holds a PMP in Dynamic Project Management and an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
