Eyal Shapira

Eyal Shapira is an experienced professional in the field of physical sciences and engineering with a focus on flat panel display technologies. Currently serving as Project Manager at Orbotech since September 2014, Eyal oversees R&D projects and manages all production, quality assurance, and research activities related to pulsed laser deposition repair products. Prior roles at Orbotech include Manager and R&D Materials Engineer, highlighting substantial contributions to the development and implementation of mass production processes. Eyal has a strong research background, having worked as a Senior Researcher at Cima NanoTech and earning a PhD from Tel Aviv University, with a thesis centering on the thermo-physical properties of bismuth nanowires.
