Jie-Fei Zheng

Jie-Fei (Jeff) Zheng is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in systems design engineering and semiconductor technology. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Design Engineer at KLA-Tencor since June 2008, Jie-Fei has previously held positions as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Zygo Corporation and a Senior Applications Development Engineer at Accent Optical Technologies, which was acquired by Nanometrics in 2006. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at Bio-Rad Laboratories and a Research Engineer/Research Associate at the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Jie-Fei Zheng holds a Ph.D. in Solid State Physics from Lehigh University, an M.S. in Semiconductor Material and Device Physics from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a B.S. in Low Temperature Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
