Leanne Farmer

Leanne Farmer is a Senior Manager of Global University Recruiting at KLA since July 2024, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition and university relations from previous roles. At Veritas Technologies LLC, Leanne served as Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition, overseeing the global employment brand and collaborating on talent strategies. Prior to that, Leanne was with Synopsys Inc. as Manager of Global University Relations and Employment Brand, where innovative strategies increased program participation and female hires. Leanne's early career included significant contributions to the intern program at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, and roles at VMware, enhancing the university recruitment experience.
