Ram Sreekantan

Ram Sreekantan currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at KLA, a position held since February 2022. Previously, Ram led the Talent team as Head of Talent and Senior HR Officer for Technology and Operations at CIT from 2016 to January 2022. Ram's extensive experience also includes the role of Head of Global Talent and Senior HR Business Partner for Global Distribution at Amadeus from 2011 to 2016, and various HR leadership roles at Citi from 1995 to 2010, encompassing responsibilities across multiple divisions. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Head of Sales Training at Unilever from 1992 to 1995 and as Head of HR at SRF Limited from 1986 to 1992. Ram Sreekantan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Kerala and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur.
