Victoria Palatnik

Victoria Palatnik has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, particularly within the technology sector. At KLA from March 2019 to January 2021, Victoria served as the Director and Global Inclusion Business Partner, leading the implementation of corporate strategy across multiple regions including the UK, Israel, Europe, India, and Singapore. Victoria also held the position of Head of HR for KLA Israel, overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee development. Prior to KLA, Victoria worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Mellanox Technologies and as a freelance recruitment and career consultant. Additional experience includes serving as HR Manager at UltraShape and Recruiter at Microsoft, where recruiting activities focused on software engineers and product managers. Victoria holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Sociology from the University of Haifa.
