Marcos Rossi Castilho

Marcos Rossi Castilho has extensive experience in industrial management, currently serving as Gerente Industrial at Klabin since September 1996, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of 260 employees and managing activities related to Gente & Gestão, production planning and control, maintenance, and supply chain. Prior to this role, Marcos worked as Gerente Industrial and Coordenador de Produção. Earlier career experience includes a position as Engenheiro de PCP at Ziemann Liess Máquinas e Equipamentos Ltda from March 1992 to August 1996. Academically, Marcos holds a Master's degree in Production Management from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
