The current executive team at Klaipeda State Seaport Authority have a wide range of experiences in the field. The director general used to work as the deputy director at JSC Averditum and the director of operations at Klaipeda Stevedoring Company KLASCO. Both of these positions have given him the experience needed to be successful in his current role. The other members of the executive team all have degrees in business administration and management from either ISM University of Management and Economics or BI Norwegian Business School.
