Kyra Morris

Kyra Morris serves as the Site Coordinator for the after-school program at Roosevelt Elementary School with Klamath Falls City Schools since January 2022, overseeing instructors and managing curriculum and student safety. Prior to this role, Kyra was an after-school instructor for grades 2nd-3rd, emphasizing trust and communication with students and parents. In addition, Kyra has been part of the sporting event staff at the Oregon Institute of Technology since October 2021, contributing to various event management tasks. As a FINDER intern at the Institute of Nano and Micro Technology from June to September 2023, Kyra focused on fabricating nanostructured materials and developing experimental setups for measuring transport properties. Previous experience includes serving as an Au Pair in Germany, caring for young children. Kyra is currently pursuing a Renewable Energy Engineering degree at the Oregon Institute of Technology, following an International Volunteering Diploma and a high school diploma from Presentation High School.
