Bianca Steinhaus

Bianca Steinhaus has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bianca currently holds the position of Marketing Director at KLAPP Skin Care Science, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Douglas as a Sr. International Marketing Manager from September 2020 to May 2023, and as an International Brand Manager from February 2018 to September 2020. Before joining Douglas, they worked as a Product Manager at La Mer Cosmetics AG from January 2016 to December 2017. Bianca also held the position of Trade Marketing Manager at VILSA-BRUNNEN Otto Rodekohr GmbH from October 2013 to December 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked at cosnova GmbH as a Trade Marketing Manager from July 2012 to September 2013, and as a Brand Communication Manager from July 2011 to June 2012. Their first job was at MAPA GMBH, where they worked as a Communication Manager from August 2009 to June 2011, a Jr. Communication Manager from March 2008 to July 2009, and an Advertising Assistant from February 2007 to February 2008.

Bianca Steinhaus completed their education at HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Diplom Betriebswirtin degree in Betriebswirtschaft. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification called "ada | fellowship - Future Skills for Professionals" from the institution ada in June 2021.
