Anelise Cornely

Anelise Cornely has a long and varied work experience in Human Resources. Anelise began their career in 2009 as a Human Resources employee at TMSA - Tecnologia em Movimentação S/A. In 2010, they worked as an HR Assistant at Nexteer Automotive and then as a Sr Executive - Human Resources at Milestone Interactive Group. From 2013 to 2018, Anelise worked as an HR Business Partner at Tata Consultancy Services. During this time, they acted as a key point of contact for all HR related queries from employees, acted as a Business Partner for one Business Unit, led the Performance Management process for TCS Brazil, created corporate policies based on global guidelines, and led CSR, engagement activities and internal communication. From 2018 to 2020, Anelise was an HR Manager at Chance, where they structured a complete HR Department, implemented a compensation matrix and job descriptions, and implemented employee benefits and HSE documentation. In 2018, they also worked as a Talent Specialist - Freelance Headhunter at d'hire - Executive Search Marketplace. Since 2020, Anelise has worked as an HR Manager at Perdoo and, most recently, as an HR Team Lead at Klar since 2022.

Anelise Cornely received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul between 2004 and 2009. Anelise then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidade Candido Mendes in 2015. In 2016, Anelise Cornely obtained certifications as a Certified Personal and Professional Coach and a DISC Analyst from SLAC Coaching - Sociedade Latino Americana de Coaching®. Lastly, in 2019, they obtained a TOEFL 117/120 from ETS.
