Roberto Dávila has worked in various roles since 2008. Roberto began their career at Act If Electropower as an Engineering and Design Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating productions, creating new projects, and contacting customers. In 2013, they joined LG Electronics as an Assistant Manager Customer Services, Home Electronics Service Chief, and Incoming Quality Control Chief. In 2018, they moved to GRUPPO BERLINGO as a Gerente de servicios. In 2019, they joined ATENTO M\u00e9xico as a Bilingual Lead Supervisor for Samsung and Process Leader. Currently, they are employed at Klar as a Critical Ops Analyst.

Roberto Dávila obtained an Ingeniero degree in Comunicaciones y Electrónica from ESIME ZACATENCO between 2003 and 2007.
