Rama Krishna Pagadala

Rama Krishna Pagadala is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering (VPE) at Klarity since August 2022. Previously, Rama held the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering at STRIVR from October 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included building customer-facing products, leading multiple engineering teams, and overseeing information security and compliance. Prior experience includes significant roles at Microsoft from April 2005 to September 2017, such as Principal Engineering Manager for Skype for Android and Senior Engineering Manager for Skype for Business mobile. Rama began the career at Cisco as a Senior Software Development Engineer, focusing on VoIP technologies. Rama possesses a Master of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the University of Hyderabad and Acharya Nagarjuna University, respectively.
