Lauren Mecca

Lauren Mecca works at Klarity as the Head of Strategic Customer Success, where Lauren automates Order-to-Cash processes for finance and accounting teams. Lauren also serves as a Customer Centricity Advisor and Fractional VP, CX to startups at LM Advisory. As a Core Member at Underscore VC, Lauren works with exceptional entrepreneurs to build iconic companies. Additionally, Lauren is part of the Executive Team at Tomorrow's Women TODAY and mentors early-stage founders at MassChallenge. In the past, Lauren has held roles such as Head of Customer Success at Talla, Head of Enterprise Customer Success at Placester Inc., and Customer Success Lead at Crimson Hexagon. Lauren holds an MBA from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, a BA in Art History and Italian Language from the University of Virginia, and attended Mathematics and Science High School at Clover Hill.
