Anna Odin (previously Persson) has a diverse work experience. Anna started their career at Friskis Svettis Riks in 2011, where they worked in customer service until 2012. Anna then joined Engineering Company Allan Persson as a member of the board of directors from 2011 to 2014.
In 2012, Anna joined Sony as a Junior Nordic Product Manager and later became the Nordic Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for video cameras, action cams, and accessories. Anna achieved significant success, with Sony Nordic attaining the highest market share within Sony Europe in the Action Cam segment. Anna worked at Sony until 2016.
Following their time at Sony, Anna joined Nestlé Nespresso as a Trade Marketing Specialist for a year. In 2016, they also started working at Lantmännen, where they held roles as the Portfolio & Brand Manager for Babyfood and later as the Nordic Portfolio & Brand Manager for Breakfast. At Lantmännen, they successfully launched new brands and products, contributing to market growth.
Since 2019, Anna has been working at Klarna, starting as the Organizational Development Manager (PMO) until 2021. During this time, they played a crucial role in supporting the implementation of operational excellence and leading large, complex projects. Anna then became the Head of Transformation Management, where they focused on making Klarna's accelerated growth sustainable through operational excellence and continuous improvement. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations - Partner Payments domain.

Anna Odin (previously Persson) has a diverse education history. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Jönköping University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Management. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Economics degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law at Jönköping University.
In 2011, Anna participated in an exchange program at North Park University, focusing on International Management. Anna further expanded their knowledge by participating in exchange programs at Lund University in 2010, where they studied Economics and Juridisk översiktskurs (Legal Overview Course), and at Murdoch University in 2008, where they studied Management.
Aside from their formal education, Anna has also earned a certification as a Konnekt Speaker Program Mentor from Klarna in November 2021.
