Anna-Sara Kapanen has a diverse work experience in the marketing and leadership roles. Anna-Sara started their career at Lenovo as a Marketing Assistant from October 2016 to August 2017. Later, they co-founded Aschtace HB in March 2014 and served as a Co-founder until June 2016.
In 2019, Anna-Sara joined REHOBOT Hydraulics AB as the Chairman of the Board and held this position until June 2021.
From May 2018 to September 2020, they worked at Klarna as a Marketing Specialist in the Brand Design & Production Studio. In September 2020, they transitioned to the role of a Marketing Specialist in Consumer Growth & Loyalty. Anna-Sara then progressed to become a Senior Marketing Specialist and eventually became a Team Lead & Senior Marketing Specialist in the same domain from August 2021 to May 2023. Currently, they are a Marketing Manager at Klarna starting from May 2023.

Anna-Sara Kapanen began their education by attending Sigtuna Skolans Humanistiska Läroverket from 2009 to 2012. Anna-Sara then went on to study at Jönköping International Business School, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from 2013 to 2016. Anna-Sara furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Brand and Communication Management at Copenhagen Business School from 2016 to 2018. In 2015, they also participated in an exchange semester at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Additionally, in 2017 Anna-Sara attended the Graduate Visiting Program at Columbia University, focusing on Communication, General.
