Gianluca Andreis

Gianluca Andreis started their work experience in 2002 at ecare CRM Business Solutions, where they worked as a Technical HelpDesk. In 2007, they moved to Gruppo Biancamano as a Software Developer and Analyst and stayed there until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Gianluca worked at Press Tours SpA as a Software Developer and Analyst. In 2012, they co-founded Dollarouno S.r.l. and worked as a Co-Founder / Tech Lead until 2015. In 2013, they joined Pantascene as a Development Team Lead, working there until 2014. Following that, from 2014 to 2021, they worked at Hitachi Vantara as a Senior Engineering Manager. Currently, Gianluca is employed at Klarna as an Engineering Manager, overseeing multiple engineering managers and individual mobile/service teams. In addition to this role, they also serve as an Engineering Advisor for the hiring pipeline in Italy and chairs an internal focus group dedicated to improving teams' efficiency on a divisional level. Gianluca collaborates closely with the product organization to deliver quality features and products to customers.

Gianluca Andreis completed their secondary education at two different schools. Gianluca attended ITIS Feltrinelli from 1996 to 1999, specializing in Information Technology. Gianluca then transferred to ITIS A.Righi and obtained a diploma in Perito Informatico from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in secure software lifecycle from Hitachi Vantara, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
