Jani Tyyni

Jani Tyyni has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jani is currently serving as the Vice President of Product & Operations at Klarna, where they lead an organization of 700 talented individuals in various departments such as engineering, product, design, analytics, legal, solutions & delivery, operations, and business development. Prior to this role, they held the position of Head of Central & Northern Europe, Vice President at Klarna, where they were responsible for the Go-to-Market strategy for the Nordic and DACH countries.

Before joining Klarna, Jani Tyyni served as Vice President, General Manager of Finland & Norway at Klarna, where they oversaw operations in Finland and acted as the Vice President for Norway as well. During their tenure, Klarna grew to become one of Europe's largest banks and provided payment solutions to millions of consumers across multiple countries.

Jani'sprevious experience also includes roles at Lemonsoft Oy, where they served as a Board Member, and Nebula Oy, where they held various positions such as CEO, Chief Operating Officer, Business Unit Director, Director of Development and Offering, and Director of Development. At Nebula, they played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company, significantly increasing its size and revenue.

Earlier in their career, Jani Tyyni worked at Elisa Appelsiini as a Solution Consultant and Service Design Consultant, where they were responsible for creating customer-specific solutions, managing bid teams, innovating and designing new services, and providing presales support. Jani also worked at IT Voimala Oy as a Senior Consultant, Partner, and co-founded Ajate Innovations Oy, a startup that provided consulting services to large enterprise customers and developed a mobile authentication system.

Jani Tyyni's career began at Telia Company, where they worked as a System Engineer and System Specialist, contributing to ICT outsourcing services for nationwide customers.
