Maciej Małkowski

Maciej Małkowski has a diverse work experience that spans different roles and industries. Maciej started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Intel Corporation, where they maintained and extended validation tools for performance testing and result reporting. Maciej then moved on to work as a Software Validation Test Engineer at Intel, where they were responsible for maintaining and extending an internal audio validation framework and designing and implementing a hardware automation device.

After their time at Intel, Maciej worked as a C#/ASP.NET Software Developer at Sii Polska, where they developed functional enhancements for financial applications and worked as a member of a scrum team. Maciej also worked as a Freelance Software Developer at rhubarbstudio during the same period.

Maciej then joined Agoda as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in driving website changes and handling scrum duties as a Scrum Master. Maciej later took on the role of Lead Software Engineer at Agoda, where they served as a technical leader, coordinating between teams and providing technical direction across the organization.
